The Venezuela of the Castros and Díaz-Canel

The Maduro regime announced last Monday the arrival of “a brigade of Cuban doctors specialized in disasters and grave epidemics” who will help to fight the corona virus, training other Cuban medical personnel working in Venezuela and teaching their “Venezuelan colleagues” to confront the virus. In fact, they join the invading army that the Castro-Communist government already maintains in our country to perform intelligence, repression, indoctrination and social control tasks.
Without a doubt, and even though Cubans on the island do not have access to the hospitals that their government makes available to foreigners, and they have no guarantees of a balanced diet, medicines or personal hygiene items, this group of “experts” sent by the Cuban dictatorship, plus the other Cubans already in our territory, justifies the payments that the Maduro dictatorship makes to the Cuban revolution to remain in existence.
Much has been written about the Cuban regime's infiltration of Venezuela, its meddling and direct participation in government institutions and organisms. But little has been said about the intelligence and repression training given to Venezuelan civilians and military officers within our borders and abroad, and how that has played a role in cases of crimes against humanity.
I have in my hands a copy of the syllabus for studies at the School for Psychological Operations, located near the War School in Fuerte Tiuna, which offers a 14-month course, in three sections, to Venezuelan military intelligence officers with the rank of sergeant and above.
The course teaches the “students” how to manipulate people through political propaganda, shock therapies, and manipulation of and training in communications. For seven of the 14 months, they are taught by Cuban and Iranian officers, with their perspectives providing the focus of how the lessons should be applied to the civilian population. They then go on to internships in government institutions and centers, as well as countries “friendly” to the Maduro regime.
Other courses taught throughout the country, called “shock therapy,” are designed to train the students in techniques of physical and psychological torture. These courses are taught in Venezuela as well as Cuba, to civilian and military intelligence officials, pro-Maduro paramilitary groups known as “colectivos,” military officers and members of the civilian National Bolivarian Intelligence Service, known as SEBIN, and the General Directorate for Military Counterintelligence (CIM).
Cuban intelligence officers also join Venezuelan officers every three months for reviews of regional CIM units to look over their work and update espionage and surveillance methods, but especially to continue to indoctrinate and plant the seeds of hatred among our officers against all of those who oppose the Maduro regime, as a mechanism for social and territorial control.
The youth wing of the PSUV, the next generation of Chavismo now headed by Nicolás Maduro Guerra (Nicolasito), is receiving constant training on the island, which he visits frequently with other young party members and with Santiago Morón personally runs a parallel intelligence structure out of the office of the vice president of Venezuela. Nicolasito has the title of director general of presidential delegations and instructions, vice president of the inspectors' unit at the presidential office and national commissioner in charge of ideology for the youth wing of the PSUV.
That's how the Cubans guarantee themselves a loyal generation, trained by them and ready to follow orders to guarantee the ideological and repressive continuity in our country. For the communists, the subjugation of the masses and the total control of the economy, placed at the service of a repressive structure, is fundamental. And in Venezuela it has found open doors to putting that doctrine into practice.
As an additional benefit, in order to repress society many Cuban officers have identification cards from the CIM, becoming known as “the accredited.” In another column I will tell you more about these bandits, who they are, how they work, how they intimidate, persecute, extort and kidnap, manipulate the judicial system for their repressive goals and become rich from the traffic in gold and other parts of Venezuela's natural wealth.
The criminal structure of Chavismo-Madurismo, and those members of the national armed forces that allowed it, will pass into history as the greatest shame and betrayal our country has seen in all its modern history. They not only denied two generations of Venezuelans the opportunity to improve their lives and live in peace, but they handed over the homeland to the oldest dictatorship in the continent in exchange for help remaining in power by controlling its people, persecuting, spying, repressing, torturing and humiliating its adversaries and sparking the current biblical exodus out of Venezuela.
The Venezuela of the Castros and of Díaz-Canel, the one that bowed to their aims, is today a minority anchored in power by our wealth, weapons and corruption. Both dictatorial regimes must face justice, and pay for their crimes, sooner or later. That should be the mission of all democratic and decent Venezuelans who want a new Venezuela.

La Venezuela de los Castro y de Díaz-Canel

El régimen de Maduro anunciaba el pasado lunes la llegada de una “brigada de médicos cubanos especializados en situaciones de desastres y graves epidemias” que ayudaría a combatir el coronavirus, adiestrando a su personal (el cubano instalado en Venezuela) y ayudando a sus “colegas venezolanos” a enfrentar al virus. En resumen, se unen al ejército invasor que ya posee el castrocomunismo en nuestro país, en labores de inteligencia y represión, adoctrinamiento y control social.
Sin duda, y aunque la gente en Cuba no tenga acceso a los mismos centros hospitalarios que el régimen ofrece para extranjeros, y tampoco tenga asegurada una dieta balanceada, medicinas o productos de aseo personal, este grupo de “expertos” designados por la dictadura cubana justifica, como los demás que ya están en el territorio, las cuotas que la tiranía paga a la Revolución cubana para que siga existiendo.
Mucho se ha escrito sobre la infiltración del régimen cubano en Venezuela, y su injerencia y participación directa en instituciones y organismos del Estado, pero poco se habla del adiestramiento y formación en inteligencia y represión, que realizan a civiles y militares venezolanos dentro y fuera de nuestras fronteras, y cómo esto ha influido en la ejecución de crímenes de lesa humanidad.
A mis manos llegó el pensum de estudio de la Escuela de Operaciones Psicológicas que se encuentra ubicada cerca de la Escuela de Guerra en Fuerte Tiuna, donde se imparte un curso dividido en 3 módulos con duración de un año y dos meses, para oficiales de la FAN, tropa en grado de sargentos y oficiales de inteligencia. El curso tiene como objetivo que aprendan a manipular a las personas a través de la propaganda política, terapias de choque, manipulación y adiestramiento en comunicaciones. Durante 7 de los 14 meses que dura este adiestramiento, los “alumnos” son formados por oficiales cubanos e iraníes, recibiendo el enfoque desde estas dos perspectivas y como deben aplicarlo a la población civil. Sus pasantías las hacen en Instituciones públicas y centros comunitarios, pero también, en países “amigos” del régimen.
Otros cursos que se imparten en todo el país que denominan «Terapia de choque», tienen el objetivo de formar a los cursantes en técnicas de torturas físicas y psicológicas. Estos cursos son impartidos tanto en Venezuela como en Cuba, a civiles y militares de Inteligencia, miembros de colectivos, oficiales de la FAN, del Servicio Bolivariano de Inteligencia Nacional (Sebin) y de la División General de Contrainteligencia Militar (Dgcim).
También la inteligencia cubana realiza comisiones mixtas cada 3 meses con oficiales venezolanos en todas las Regiones de Contrainteligencia Militar (RCIM) del país, para monitorear dichas unidades, llevar métodos de espionaje y seguimiento, y sobre todo, continuar con el adoctrinamiento y la siembra de odio a nuestros oficiales en contra de todo aquel que se opone al régimen de Maduro, como mecanismo de control social y territorial.
Los jóvenes del PSUV, la generación de relevo del chavismo encabezada por Nicolás Maduro Guerra (Nicolasito), recibe formación constante en la isla, donde acude frecuentemente con grupos de la Juventud del Partido Socialista (JPSUV) y personalmente, junto a Santiago Morón, maneja una estructura de inteligencia paralela, operando desde la Vicepresidencia de la República. Nicolasito ostenta los cargos de director general de delegaciones e instrucciones presidenciales del vicepresidente, jefe del cuerpo de inspectores de la Presidencia de la República y comisionado nacional de ideología de la Juventud del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela.
De esta manera, los cubanos se aseguran una generación fiel, formada por ellos mismos, dispuesta a seguir órdenes para asegurar la continuidad ideológica y represiva en nuestro país. Para los comunistas, el sometimiento de las masas y el control total de la economía puesto al servicio de su estructura represiva es fundamental, y en Venezuela, han conseguido las puertas abiertas para poner en práctica su doctrina.
Como beneficio adicional, para ejercer la represión, muchos oficiales cubanos poseen credenciales del Dgcim, formando parte de “los acreditados”, conocidos así por precisamente poseer un carnet de ese organismo de inteligencia. En otra entrega les contaré mas sobre estos bandidos, quiénes son, cómo trabajan, y cómo intimidan y persiguen, extorsionan y secuestran, manejan a su antojo la estructura represiva judicial y se enriquecen con el trafico de oro y otras riquezas naturales de Venezuela.
La estructura criminal del chavismo-madurismo y aquellos miembros de la FAN que lo permitieron, pasarán a la historia como la vergüenza y traición más grande que haya tenido nuestro país en toda su historia contemporánea. No solo le quitaron a dos generaciones de venezolanos la oportunidad de progresar y vivir en paz, sino que le entregaron la patria a la dictadura más longeva del continente para que los ayudara a permanecer en el poder, acorralando a su gente, persiguiendo, espiando, reprimiendo, torturando y humillando a sus contrarios y provocando el éxodo bíblico de esta época.
La Venezuela de los Castro y de Díaz-Canel, aquella sometida con beneplácito a sus designios, es hoy una minoría incrustada en el poder a fuerza de nuestras riquezas, armas y corrupción. Ambos regímenes dictatoriales deberán enfrentar la justicia de los hombres, y pagar por sus crímenes, tarde o temprano. Esa deberá ser la misión de todos los venezolanos demócratas y decentes que quieren una nueva Venezuela.
