Protest in Santo Suárez, Havana, due to lack of water and electricity after Hurricane Irma

Santo Suárez neighborhood took to the streets in a spontaneous protest on Wednesday. Discomfort with the performance of the authorities after Hurricane Irma has been felt even in neighborhoods of the capital where the hurricane did not hit directly but take days without water or electricity.
